Candlelit Sound Meditation ~ Ingleborough Cave

Sunday, 28 June '26   4pm – 7pm BST
Ingleborough Cave, Clapham, Lancaster, LA2 8EE

Details

Immerse yourself in a subterranean soundscape deep within the heart of Ingleborough cave. Wander along the sculpted passages, admire the beautiful cave formations and breathe in the ambience of the cave in candlelight. You will be guided in a soothing journey incorporating various gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes. The frequencies of these instruments have been shown to slow down our brain wave state, supporting you to access a deep state of relaxation between sleep and conscious awareness (known as theta state). Lauren is a trained yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, skilled in creating ethereal melodies that will be made only more magical by the acoustics of the cave.

This is an event like no other and an experience not to be missed!
