HIGH ENERGY TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS

I coach 4 outdoor sessions at the Pyrford Cricket Club each week and 2 classes are coached over Zoom. There is something for everyone. My workouts are a variety of strength and conditioning movements and are suitable for all abilities, as long as you are in good health. Details for each class can be found in the description.

All sessions cost £7 apart from the 30 minute Friday morning Zoom which is only £3.50.
Monthly Subscriptions - £50 will include 2 outdoor sessions each week and access to the FitLittleBiscuit on demand back catalogue via a closed Facebook group.

Personal Training
I am Level 3 PT Qualified, fully insured and first aid trained, so If you prefer to fly solo when exercising then I am also now offering personal training sessions. 60 mins of 1:1 Personal training will be priced at £45. £25 for 30 mins. If you have someone you enjoy training with, or you are part of a group of friends who are all looking to get fit together, preparing for an upcoming event or get-away, then perhaps my 60 minute Paired PT at £25 pp. All personal training sessions will be tailored to specific goals we have agreed and will encompass the various training types - resistance, intervals, flexibility, strength, CV endurance and more.
