Kettlercise® covers a huge range of 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, from high energy pulse raising moves to being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs and all with maximum effectiveness.
Please note that you will require your own kettlebell for the above classes. It is recommended women start with a 4kg and men a 6kg. These can be purchased through me, or alternatively I can advise you on what to look for (no vinyl or plastic filled bells please). Body composition scales will be available on weeks one and six. Pregnant ladies will not be permitted to participate in these classes.
