Love crystals but don’t know where to begin? Join me in this interactive and creative workshop as we delve into the wonderful world of crystals.
We’ll be talking about LOTS of different crystals (including all our favourites); and learning how they can be used in your every-day life.
Some of the topics we’ll be covering are:
-Historical uses
-Healing properties (people and animals)
-How to choose and care for your stones
-How to spot a fake
-Common myths on social media
-Crystals for calming anxiety, boosting focus and enhancing creativity.
You'll be guided through a meditation to help quiet the mind and explore the imagination, before intuitively choosing and connecting with a crystal that will be yours to take home with you.
There will then be the chance to create a piece of art or writing to express how this crystal makes you feel before sharing your experiences with the rest of the group.
