The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program is uniquely designed for Australian parents. When we are prepared with knowledge about the birth process, tools to stay positive, calm, and more comfortable through labour, have good support, and prepare both our mind and body for this important event, birth can be a very positive and empowering experience.
It is strongly recommended that the birthing mother and birth partner attend the full 12-hour ‘Positive Birth Program’ whenever possible.
