Want to try aerial silks but don't want to commit to a course? Try this one class out with no need to commit any further!
Please note once the class fee has been paid it is non refundable and non transferable. Credit for future classes cannot be given. Classes must be taken on the same day and time every week. Please note if you are more than 10 minutes late or miss the warm up you will be refused entry to the class and the class fee is forfeit. This is for safety reasons to avoid injury. By booking this class you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you have any questions please email before booking :)
Please note the youngest age we can accommodate in group class is 14 years old. There is no upper age limit. Younger children can be taught in private lessons - please contact us for more information.
WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear ankle length leggings and a tighter preferably long sleeved top. Please make sure your midriff is fully covered. This will prevent burns from the silks. Flight Fitness cannot take responsibility for injuries caused by inappropriate clothing.
