Marcus Alexander - Free Creative Workshop for Teens

In this workshop (with free pizza and doughnuts for attendees!) Marcus Alexander offers you the key skills necessary to work in any creative industry (the gaming industry, the movie industry, the publishing industry and more!)

No prior experience necessary. Please bring a notepad/paper and pens.

Marcus Alexander, the author of the young fantasy series Keeper of the Realms, is an action and adventure lover. His travels have led him across Europe, to America, India and the Far East. During his time abroad he learned capoeira, parkour (freerunning), acrobatics, dance and Thai Boxing. He has climbed ice flows in the Khumbu glacier, sandboarded in the Sahara desert, gone caving in the Golden Triangle, fought professionally in crowded stadiums and outraced avalanches whilst snowboarding in the Alps. He is not your standard sort of author!

Drawing upon his travel and sporting experiences as an inspiration Marcus self-published his novel Who is Charlie Keeper? Such was its success (with a fanbase including breakdancers, freerunners and young Hollywood stunt artists) that one of the biggest publishing houses in the UK bought it. Thus was born the epic and breathtaking trilogy Keeper of the Realms.

Marcus's books will be available for loan and for purchase at this event for budding authors.
