Outdoor functional fitness for all abilities and age ranges. We will complete a range of activities such as HIIT circuits, body weight exercises, jogging, and running. Finally finishing off with a group stretch, all in 1 hour!

Instructions

What to bring:

  1. A water bottle
  2. Outdoor gloves (optional/recommended)
  3. If you choose to pay cash, please give to the coach at the beginning of the class.
