SUMMER OF SOUL is a documentary about the legendary 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival which celebrated African-American music and culture and promoted Black pride and unity.
The feature includes never-before-seen concert performances by Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Sly & the Family Stone, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Ray Baretto, Abbey Lincoln & Max Roach and more.
The screening will be followed by a soundtrack session, where we'll be playing all the songs from the film so you can have a drink and dance, bar open till 10.15pm.
