Join us to kick off International Women’s Day in Stretford at our Women only Disco!
Created by women for women, providing a fun safe space for women to reclaim their rights to dress, dance, and party however they want to; and then be home before midnight!
DJ Misscothèque aka Maddy has been igniting dance floors with a blend of disco, house, and soul since 2018. Hailing from the south west, she honed her craft with Mix Nights collective before bringing her groove-infused beats back to Manchester in 2021. From legendary venues like Love Inn and Christmas Steps and most recently Track Brewing Co and Contact Theatre, Misscothèque's inclusive sets seamlessly fuse disco reworks with contemporary disco house. With a penchant for world disco from Africa and Asia, her sound pays homage to inspirations such as Natasha Diggs and Dan Shake.
The bar will be open serving wine, Prosecco,beers, spirits, and soft drinks. (Please bring ID for proof of age for purchase of alcohol). This is an 18+ event
