We welcome the return of the extremely popular two hour workshops at Foxwood Yoga, starting with this Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra (these always sell out and go to wait list, so early booking is recommended).
The class will start with a slow moving Vinyasa Flow linking movement with breath, flowing from one pose to the next to gently get the body moving and the heart pumping. It will transition to a Yoga Nidra, which is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It requires no physical effort, other than lying comfortably on a yoga mat supported by bolsters, wrapped in a blanket (with the addition of an eye pillow (if that is to your taste) whilst being gently led through a guided meditation.

Please note: There is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for this class, to enable people on the waitlist sufficient time to book. Any cancellations after this cut off, will only be refunded if your space can be filled. Booking is deemed as acceptance of these terms
Firstly, if you feel unwell with any cold, flu or COVID 19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID 19 please do NOT attend class.
Please arrive ten minutes before the class to enable you to settle onto your mat and so that we can begin promptly.
We respectfully request that you only bring essential items with you into the practice as item on the floor, make it difficult for Alison to move freely around the classroom
Your personal belongings can be placed in the open lockers, as the only people with access to the studio are the class attendees and Alison.
