A two-hour, music-led dance night for joy, release, and freedom.
Ecstatic Saturdays is our occasional dance night. A warm, low-lit space where the music leads and your body gets two full hours to breathe, shake, stretch, sweat, settle, rise, and move in whatever way feels good.
We open with a simple grounding, then the dance floor opens. Some nights you'll arrive buzzing and ready to move. Other nights you'll arrive flat, or carrying something from the week. Both are completely fine - the music meets you wherever you are.
What follows is a journey of world beats, deep pulses, moments of pure play, and a soft landing that feels like exhaling after a long week.
No steps to learn. No substances. Just music, movement, and a room full of people doing the same thing… moving for the sheer pleasure of it.
We close with tea and cake. For a lot of people this is where the evening actually lands, a chance to chat, connect, or simply sit in the afterglow.
Ecstatic Saturdays: dance for the sheer pleasure of moving.
What to expect:
• A music-led journey that arcs like a wave - building, releasing, landing
• Low lighting, lush beats, warm atmosphere
• Dance in your own world, or alongside everyone else's, both are happening at once
• A space that honours your freedom and your boundaries
• Tea + cake to close
What to wear:
• Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable layers that let you move freely. We dance barefoot.
• Water: Bring a bottle -there’s a kitchen to refill if needed.
• Please avoid perfumes or strong scents
