Accessible travel on the DLR
Welcome to Access DLR. If you need help during your journey, you can book support using this service. This service allows you to request assistance with one of our dedicated members of staff on the DLR network in advance of travel, with available slots between 07:00 and 20:00, 7-days a week. While our stations provide step-free access, not all stations have staff available for assistance. Please note: This service is not available during planned railway closures.
