Somatic Yin yoga is helpful for slowing down, regulating the nervous system and reconnecting with yourself and your body.
The class is a combination of Somatic tools (breathing, meditation, gentle movement) and holding Yin postures. The class allows time to pause from daily life, and encourages the exploration of curiosity and self compassion.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, Somatic Yin classes are inclusive, accessible and designed to help you leave feeling a little more grounded, connected and at ease.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts so that you can settle onto your mat before the class begins.
Please keep Abi informed via a message or verbally about any physical changes or access needs before the class starts so that adaptations and alternatives can be offered.
