SEND Get Glowing, Crafting & Games @South Cave

Activities @ South Cave Leisure Centre during the Summer Holidays will include crafting, inclusive fun games, disability sports, and Get Glowing.

Get Glowing is held in a darkened sports hall, lit up with special UV lights and multi-skills equipment which glows in the dark. This allows children to experience and play inclusive games and adapted sports in a sensory-rich environment.

Packed lunches will be provided, including a choice of tuna, cheese, ham and egg sandwiches, a piece of fruit and a drink. Healthy snacks are provided throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own packed lunches.

You are able to book a morning session, an afternoon session or a full day.

Parents, carers and personal assistants are welcome to attend with prior notification and suitable safeguarding checks.

If your child doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, or if you have a sibling you would also like to attend the session, then we do offer paid places.
