Get the whole family ready to move, groove, and sweat with DDMIX—the high-energy, dance-inspired fitness class that blends the best of music, rhythm, and fun!
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class is designed to be accessible for everyone. The easy-to-follow routines are paired with infectious music, allowing you to unleash your inner dancer, burn calories, and improve coordination—all while having a blast!
No experience necessary—just bring your energy, your love for dance, and a smile!
This is a 5-week course and booking is essential as a family, 1 adult and 1 child minimum (6yrs+).
Instructions
The classes takes place in the studio on the ground floor of the meadows Community Centre, and is fully equipped with changing facilities, toilets and parking.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the class to allow for registration and wear appropriate clothing for exercise.
Please bring a water bottle and any medication you might need too.
No equipment is required.
