Sound bath classes are a chance to slow down, switch off, and take some time for yourself to fully relax. Using crystal bowls and gentle frequencies, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body can rest and the mind can reset
Instructions
Please bring a blanket, a pillow, warm comfortable clothing and water.
