I'm so excited for the 4th Friendship Yoga & Wellbeing Festival
This year will focus on healing, nourishing both the body and mind, and bringing balance to our lives.

The festival is suitable for all levels/abilities, you just need to come with an open mind&heart.

Saturday 27th Sept

*10am - Opening Circle

*10.30am-11.30am - Mat Pilates Julia Hartley

break

*11.45am - 1pm - Yoga class Anne

*1pm- 1.30pm lunch (students to bring provide own food or lunch can be provided by the local bakery)

*1.30pm-3pm - Learn about the benefits of essential oils (DoTERRA) and how to use them to support your health and wellbeing naturally Julie from nourishtobloom.co.uk

*3.15pm- 4.15pm - Drumming circle Julia Frier

*Restorative yoga and breathwork to finish by 5pm Anne

Sunday 28th Sept

*10am- 1pm Hike, forest bathing in the beautiful Peak District countryside

*12.30-1.30pm Lunch (students to bring provide own food or lunch can be provided by the local bakery)

*2pm - 3pm Gong bath by Julia

I will be staying at YHA Hartington on the Saturday night. There is plenty of accommodation in the village and nearby villages.

There will be free refreshments and snacks available in the village hall during the weekend.
