GBT+Q: Gentle Touch Class

A structured, ritualistic movement class inviting gay men to explore safe, respectful, and nurturing touch within a supportive space. Through gentle, repetitive hand tapping with partners, grounding practices, and consent-based interaction, participants reconnect with their bodies, discover new movement patterns, and experience the profound healing power of intentional touch.

What to Expect

By focusing on the quality and rhythm of each gesture, we begin to notice where tension lives and how it relates to emotional armor—creating a bridge between conscious awareness and unconscious patterns held in our musculature, allowing us to gradually soften rigid holding patterns that no longer serve us.

Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary—just an openness to exploration and self-discovery
