B_A_D Yoga is teaming up with Vogue favourite LIHA beauty for a delicious yoga + aromatherapy morning - we are SO pumped for this.
We shall:
Flow with Rose and Zoe through the B_A_D (Breath Asana Disco) sequence - you will sweat - power up - disconnect and bring in all the good stuff you need.
Then: it's Rose's energy balls & chai break
FINALLY: an aromatherapy workshop with LIHA in Rose’s kitchen where we will make our own body butter to take home.
