Meet Your Coach: Tracy Bye
Tracy Bye is a BHS Stage 3 Coach and founder of Rider Symmetry, a business she established in 2016 to help riders improve their strength, balance and postural control for the benefit of both horse and rider.
Alongside her coaching, Tracy is a lecturer and researcher specialising in horse and rider biomechanics. She is currently completing the final year of her PhD in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University. Drawing on the latest research and evidence-based techniques, Tracy helps riders develop a deeper understanding of their own posture, movement and balance, empowering them to make effective self-corrections and achieve lasting improvements in the saddle.
Come along and discover how improving your own performance can help your horse move more comfortably, confidently and happily.
