Journey into Silence weekend retreat

For those who have not attended a silence retreat before and have done the introductory course.

Silence can be an experience that will help in healing the human spirit. The journey into silence is a return journey: part of our original nature calling us back to where we began. In this retreat we will look to understand as well as experience and practice silence.

Note: To take full benefit from the retreat, attendees must be prepared to go without mobile phones or any electronic communication for the duration of the retreat.
