Spring Overnight Silent Retreat (DAY PASS TICKETS)

It is only through direct experience that one can truly appreciate the benefits of spending longer periods of time in silence.
However, many silent retreats are from three to ten days long and this can feel daunting if you have never done it before.

This Spring Silent Retreat Experience is the perfect opportunity to experience the nourishment and wisdom that can arise from the quiet within and around us.

This event takes place in a beautiful barn studio close to Hitchin and Letchworth in North Hertfordshire with a private garden and surrounded by woodland which makes it the perfect place for this retreat.

Our schedule:

11am: Arrival and settling in.
11:15: Introduction and opening circle and meditation
12-1pm: Mindful Movement
1-2pm: Silent time for Rest and Reflection or Walking Meditation in the garden or woodland
2-3pm Silent Plant based Lunch
3-3:30pm: Spring Inspired Yoga Nidra
3:30-4:30pm Silent time for Rest and Reflection or Walking Meditation in the garden or woodland
4:30-5pm: Group meditation and quiet farewell to day guests

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please do let me know as soon as possible.

This retreat will be a phone free event. I would suggest that you only attend if you are prepared to switch your phone off and not check for calls or emails between 11 - 5pm. This is so that you can fully switch off and reap the most benefits from the silent retreat.
