Do you love all things sauna? Join bathmasters, sauna owners and all forms of sweating enthusiasts for a sauna social upstairs in the Rascals Brewing Company.
Rosanna Cooney, the author of the upcoming book Sweathouse, will give a talk on the Irish roots of sweat-bathing and how it is informing the current sauna movement across the island.
Cian Crowley. MMA fighter , gym owner and sauna enthusiast will talk about how sauna has been a part of his life from an early age. and how it’s an integral part of his training program and well being.
Birutė Masiliauskienė, a Lithuanian bathmaster and Laura Foon, a traditional Finnish Folk sauna healer will give a talk about the sauna traditions of their lands and how they use sauna for healing.
