Embrace the magic of the longest night of the year with an evening of connection, renewal, and intention-setting. This special gathering blends the heart-opening properties of cacao, the gentle healing energy of Reiki, and the deep relaxation of a gong bath to welcome the light of the new season.
*Cacao is raw chocolate in its natural form and because of its bio-chemical components, this heart opening elixir brings up feelings of joy, connection and clarity.
Herbal teas will be offered as an alternative to those who prefer not to drink Cacao.
Please bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any other comforts you’d like to ensure you can fully relax during the evening.
You may wish to bring a journal with you to write down anything that comes to you during the evening.
