Have you ever wandered past the outdoor gym equipment in your local park and wondered who it is for and, more importantly, what you can do with it? Or, have you ever wanted to get that gym experience without paying gym prices? If that's you, then come along!
Join Personal Trainer Katy McLarnon for this free taster session. We will look at all the equipment in the fitness area and get a good explanation of what it is and how you can use it safely and effectively. Most of the equipment has multiple uses, so we will look at all the options. If you only attend this session you will have enough information to successfully create your own workout.
This session will be repeated on the 5th May, please only book onto one session.
As the sessions are outside please dress accordingly. Trainers are best along with fairly thin layers of clothing which can be removed or added as you warm up then cool down at the end. A light waterproof you can move easily in will be useful if the skies look a bit grey.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle with you to keep hydrated throughout the session!
