Join Sittingbourne Yoga & Lizi Sage for a candlelit evening of yoga and sound meditation at the beautiful IslandWorks on the Isle of Sheppey.
Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class with Carina, moving with the intention of slowing down and turning inwards. Followed by a deliciously long guided relaxation and gong bath with Lizi.
Suitable for all abilities, including beginners, this truly is a stunning venue and not one to be missed!
Instructions
Please bring a yoga mat with you and a blanket and layers for relaxation.
