Beginner pole fitness class.
this class caters for everybody, all are welcome.
in this class we will be covering spins, tricks , combinations and some lovely flow.
Prerequisite for this class are ;
None, just come and have some fun.
Niveau : Beginner
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class begins.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and waist where possible.
Avoid clothing with zips, buttons or jewellery that could damage the hoop.
Remove rings, bracelets, watches and other jewellery before class.
Tie long hair back securely.
Do not apply moisturiser, oils or body lotion before your class, as this can make the equipment slippery.
Bring a bottle of water and stay hydrated.
Listen carefully to your instructor and follow all safety guidance.
Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns before taking part.
Always use the equipment as instructed and do not attempt advanced moves without supervision.
Most importantly, have fun and enjoy learning something new!
