Perfect for pregnant mums, brand-new mums (from 2 months after birth), or anyone easing back into exercise a year or so down the postpartum road.
Welcome to Mama & Mini: Strength & Sculpt! This 45 minute workout is designed to help mums build strength, tone muscles, and regain stability through low-impact exercises. Whether you're a new mum or a few years postpartum, this class adapts to your fitness level. You can work at your own pace, gradually building strength and confidence as you go.
Expect a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, using resistance bands and bodyweight movements to target key muscle groups. And yes, your baby or toddler can join in on the action - whether they’re used as extra weight in a sling, sleeping in their pram, feeding, or just hanging out nearby. We welcome all little ones up to 5 years old (any age during holidays) and you’re also welcome to come solo if that works best for you! Older siblings invited during school holidays - free of charge !
Don't forget your water bottle for hydration and any personal items you may need. For your baby, consider bringing comfort items to keep them content during the session. A sling is optional, but if you bring one, you're all set for those added snuggles! We also have a dedicated play area with books and toys to keep little ones entertained.
