Swimmers must already be able to: swim free style for 25 yards. They will work on swimming 25 using the backstroke, breaststroke 25 yards and 10 to 15 yards of the butterfly. During the session the Swimmers will work on drills that will improve their free style, backstroke, breaststroke, and diving off the starting blocks, and increasing speed and endurance.
Along with working on their swimming skills, Swimmers will be introduced to Water Polo. Swim Team on Mondays & Wednesdays, Beginning Water Polo on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Children should already be able to: swim front and back crawl 25 yards, elementary backstroke 25 yards, breaststroke 25 yards and butterfly 15 yards. Swimmers will work on: free style, backstroke, breaststroke with flip turn, breaststroke turn, plus block starts and increasing endurance. Along with building their swimming skills, the young swimmers will be introduced to Water Polo skills. This is a fun and non-competitive way to learn about water polo
