Informations

A one hour of body weight based activities to develop flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.
Improve all round physical condition and posture to support swimming, cycling and running.
Progressively prime the body for preventing injuries.

This is open club members from 16 years and above.

Not suitable for anybody experiencing symptoms from a current injury or illness, and/or undergoing physiotherapy or other treatment.
All participants take personal responsibility for notifying the coach of any underlying medical conditions and/or recent injuries that could affect participation in session activities

Clothing and Equipment: Wear shorts/leggings and T-Shirt and indoor/clean training shoes. NO muddy outdoor shoes please! Bring a yoga mat if you have one for warm down yoga stretches.
