Improve mobility, enhance performance and recover smarter with this Matwork Pilates Deep Stretch class. Using controlled Pilates-based movement and targeted flexibility work, you'll increase joint mobility, release muscle tension and build greater range of motion to support strength, stability and efficient movement. Expect a challenging yet restorative session that improves posture, core control and functional flexibility while helping reduce stiffness and aid recovery. Ideal for athletes, active individuals and anyone looking to move stronger, faster, and with greater freedom.
A health questionnaire must be completed before you join a class and we request that you inform your teacher should your health change at any point or if you have any injuries that we should be aware of.

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and has plenty of stretch - leggings or jogging bottoms. A water bottle is advisable.

You will find Cscape Pilates Studio through the small courtyard of Sully's Frames. Roadside parking is available. There are also council carparks either end of Commercial Road, both just a couple of minutes walk from the studio. Great coffee a few doors down.
