Join us for a free workshop for young people 16-25 with learning disabilities in Herefordshire, led by Dancefest's Clare and Elizabeth.
You’ll learn new moves and make your own dance in a day, with chance to invite friends and family to watch at the end. There’ll also be time to chat and socialise.

We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily, trainers or soft soled shoes (you may also dance barefoot).
Please bring a packed lunch, snacks and a drink for the day.
