Lines of Granite: Warren House Walk A Drawing on Dartmoor Walk

A guided walk with opportunities to sketch along the way with artist and qualified Moorland guide, Karen Pearson. We will do a circular walk from Bennett’s Cross via Headland Warren Farm and back along the Two Moors Way on Birch Tor. We’ll look at drawing what we see in new, fun ways, while Karen chats about the Dartmoor landscape you’ll be looking at.

Everyone (above 14 years) is welcome, and no drawing experience is needed! Come along and try out some charcoal sketching with Karen as she leads this walk and workshop in the fantastic Dartmoor landscape. Karen will bring drawing boards, charcoal, and some paper. You will need to be able to carry your own board and paper during the walk. Please dress for Dartmoor, bring a hot drink, a mid-morning snack and something to sit on. The route is off main paths, on uneven and rocky ground with some slopes.
