Do you ever feel like your toddler, pre-schooler or school aged child's meltdowns come out of nowhere? Are you feeling drained, doubting your parenting abilities and wishing that they really did come with a manual? You're not alone! If you've read the parenting books, or feel like you've saved every post on Instagram and are getting nowhere, you're in the right place.
In this practical 60 minute workshop you'll learn:
Instead of endless battles, I would like to support you in feeling calmer, and getting more joy out of parenting your child. Parenting is full of ups and downs, and I'm here to help you feel less overwhelmed and confused when supporting your little ones big feelings!
This workshop takes place on Thursday 30th October 7:30-8:30pm.
The workshop content is aimed at parents of children who have a developmental age of 2-7 years.
To ensure accessibility, this event is "Pay What You Can". The suggested amount for this workshop is £20
The 60 minute workshop will be hosted through Google Meet. You will receive the link via e-mail to the e-mail address you signed up with. You don't need a google account to join.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the workshop starts to allow yourself to get into the room and settle down. The session will start on time.
The workshop will not be recorded to ensure confidentiality of all attendees. I will be creating a separate recording of the session which can be purchased separately.
