Informations

How can we navigate pressure in environments where high expectations are the norm? Using the productivity curve as a framework, this session explores the relationship between pressure, motivation, and performance. Participants will examine common beliefs and shared myths about productivity in working and learning environments and reflect on how these beliefs can either support or hinder effectiveness and well-being. The session will also explore the growing role of artificial intelligence in academic work and discuss its potential impact on both productivity and perceived pressure.
