Bringing therapeutic movement to release tension, calm busy minds and cool the body.
The class is open to general yoga students and is modified to include options for chair based or standing if unable to get up or down to floor.
Niveau : Beginner, Intermediate
Bring a yoga mat, a yoga belt or long scarf. Two yoga bricks or A5 books and a light blanket for relaxation
