Trigger Point Pilates (TPP)
Deep stretching on the foam roller
Use of prickle balls to target Trigger Points on various areas of the body, such as shoulders, glutes, quads etc
Short relaxation thereafter
This is not an exercise class, this is a deep stretching class.
The Trigger Point session closes with a short relaxation after the deep stretching.

Instructions

All you need is a mat, comfy clothing and a drink of water.
As you are stretching and not exercising the body temperature will be a little lower, consider a long sleeved top and long fitness leggings. Additional items such as socks, eye mask, light blanket, cushion for your head might be an option you wish to consider for the relaxation - these are optional not essential.
Fitness By Jules will provide foam rollers and prickle balls for use during the class.

The class is taking place in the UPPER HALL of the Rosebery Hall. As you enter the building make your way towards the end of the corridor and you will see stairs on the left. Head all the way up the the upper hall.
