Freedom of Movement Yoga invites you to celebrate summer season with Yoga session on the beach followed by a dip in the sea, swim, surf, SUP (whatever rocks your boat).
Niveau : Beginner, Intermediate
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water a towel or blanket to use after the swim and appropriate swim attire such a swim suit or wetsuit.
If you don’t have yoga mat, please contact me and I can provide you one.
