Moving with Heart - A Somatic Movement Workshop on Grief

This somatic movement workshop will focus on deepening the connection to the body as an act of self-nurture, with particular focus on amplifying the heart and recognising it as a central component to grief and an expression of unity.

Movements will be relaxed, with an inquisitive focus on listening deeply to the body. No previous dance experience is required, please wear comfortable clothing, you can move in.

The class will be led by Fae Wolfe, a somatic movement facilitator based in Manchester. Fae holds a master’s degree in dance and somatic wellbeing. As a registered Movement Facilitator and coach with ISMETA, Fae offers personalised one-to-one sessions, and group workshops.
