Zumba Gold is a lower impact version of Zumba that is every bit as fun to do - and just as good for you! It's perfect for older people or those suffering from injuries - in fact anyone requiring a slightly slower pace with less impact on the joints.
Please note our updated booking terms & conditions - no refunds however we will transfer to other class days and time with 24 hours notice. No transfers will be made on tickets booked with a discounted block booking.
All class participants must be aged 16+
