Classes focus on refining technique, improving control, and developing musicality through guided routines, helping you dance with more confidence and precision.

• Please arrive on time and consider coming early to take the opportunity to socialise with other participants.
• Wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and suitable for movement.
• Bring plenty of water to keep yourself refreshed.
• Please leave all your belongings in the reception area and only bring your phone and drink into the class.
