Payments will be taken as per the payment schedule outlined above. All payments will be taken on the 1st day of each month. PLEASE NOTE: Future payments will be charged automatically on the first day of each month. If a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to take payment again the following day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, a £5 admin fee will be added. This fee also covers the additional charges applied by the payment gateway. The £5 admin fee may be charged separately from your regular instalment. We will make a third and final attempt to take payment. If payment is still unsuccessful, you will lose the right to pay in instalments, and the full outstanding balance will become immediately payable. You will have until the 14th of the month to clear the balance in full. If the balance is not paid by this date, the course will be cancelled without notice, and your child will be removed from the class/course. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time. All tasks will be paused and your child will not have access to the live lessons, until payment is received.
