Join Jo for 90 minutes of rest, to pause and relax with a beautiful Restorative Yoga class and Sound Bath. This class is for everyone, an opportunity to simply be. Your nervous system will be able to unwind during an evening of gentle self-nourishment.
Wear loose comfy layers and your socks. Bring your mat if you own one or you can borrow ours. If you would like to bring a pillow or blanket please feel free.
