Through guided activation and Reiki-infused sound frequencies, we will energise your energetic body and harmonize your nervous system , supporting clarity, confidence, and embodied radiance as you step fully into summer.
Please bring a journal and a pen, blanket also if you wish any crystals . If you have dietary requirements please let me know. Feel free to bring your own snack.
