This yoga class is for women who are 15 weeks+ pregnant and is suitable right up to the birth of your baby. It is a gentle class that will help you lengthen and strengthen, relax and prepare for your baby. We also learn a number of breathing and hypnobirthing techniques, whilst getting to know other local mums.
The class is 75 minutes and takes place on Saturdays at 10.45am
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion or pillow (for relaxtion)
