Remember Who You Are Sound Bath With Neal Dodhia, Saturday 17th October, 5:30 - 6:45 pm

samedi, 17 octobre '26   17:30 – 18:45 EAT
Ikigai, Peponi Road, Nairobi

Informations

A journey back to yourself, beneath the roles, expectations and external noise.

Join Neal Dodhia for a deeply immersive sound bath designed to create space for you to pause, soften and reconnect with the part of yourself that exists beneath the noise of everyday life.

Through the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, Neal will create a soothing and immersive soundscape to support deep relaxation, presence and inner connection. As the sounds move through the space, allow yourself to release the roles you carry, the expectations you hold and the constant demands of the outside world.

This experience is an invitation to turn your attention inward and remember who you are beyond what you do, how others see you, or what is expected of you.

Come as you are. Settle in, close your eyes and allow the vibrations to create space for stillness, reflection and reconnection.

For a moment, there is nothing to become, nothing to prove and nothing to figure out. Simply an opportunity to return to yourself.

ABOUT NEAL:
Neal’s journey as a healer began at 16 when he took a course in Reiki and energy healing. This not only opened his inner world but also expanded his horizons, leading him to Africa and across Asia, where he immersed himself in diverse healing traditions. His passion for learning never ceased.
Over the years, he has become a skilled reflexologist, sound healer, and soul light worker, as well as an intuitive massage therapist trained in Hot Stone, Sports, Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu techniques. He also integrates crystals, colour therapy, aromatherapy, and his signature Tibetan sound bath therapy into his practice. Neal’s work has expanded to include meditation and chakra balancing, deepening his ability to support others on their healing journey. He is honoured to have touched countless lives, helping people find new perspectives and ways to nurture their well-being. His journey continues, as he embraces every opportunity to learn, heal, and share his wisdom as both a practitioner and a speaker.
