Hello, I’m Kate McDougall.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist with professional training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Mindfulness.
Before moving into therapeutic work, I spent 17 years in education as a teacher, with much of my experience focused on ASN (Additional Support Needs). This has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face in managing stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing, as well as the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment for growth.
Now, I bring together my background in education and my expertise in therapeutic practices to help individuals of all ages reduce stress, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.
