Fiow Yoga is an effective and dynamic holistic Mind and Body class. It combines together a series of poses that flow smoothly and seamlessly, using the breath to re-energise the body. These poses create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. This class is a strong Yoga class but there are plenty of options available for the more beginner Yogi.
Please bring a drink, a hand towel and a mat if you have one 😀
Also wear comfy clothes and grippy socks if you have :-)
