A welcoming yoga class for all ages, abilities and experience.
Directions & Parking:
The Alice Cross Centre is situated just off Bitton Park Road beside a hairdresser's with a noticeable sign. There is a small forecourt at the front of the centre but parking there is limited and mainly reserved for centre volunteers. Alternatively, the Teign Street pay-and-display car park is located just a 2-minute walk away, through the underpass and past the library.
What to wear/bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in and bring an extra layer or blanket for the relaxation at the end of class.
A yoga mat. If you don't have a mat let me know in advance and I will bring a spare one for you.
A bottle of water.
